WinePairly is an AI-powered wine pairing recommendation service. We help users find wine recommendations based on their meals and food preferences. We partner with third-party retailers (such as Instacart) as an affiliate to help users find and purchase recommended wines. WinePairly does not sell wine or any alcohol directly.

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malicious content or files
Use the Service to facilitate underage alcohol consumption
Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by WinePairly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including:

Instacart: We partner with Instacart as an affiliate to help you find wines at local retailers. All purchasing, delivery, and payment is handled by Instacart and its retail partners. WinePairly does not process any transactions.
OpenAI: Your food descriptions are processed by OpenAI to generate AI-powered wine recommendations. No personally identifiable information is sent to OpenAI.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINEPAIRLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for:

Wine quality or your satisfaction with purchased wines
Third-party retailer issues (delivery, pricing, availability)
Personal health effects from alcohol consumption

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WinePairly from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
